- Registration fee*：Payments must be made after receive confirmation email
- Participants confirmation of acceptance: 5 business days after application submitted
- Booth Rental Fee - 1st Installment (30%): Within 7 days after receiving confirmation of acceptance
- Booth Rental Fee - 2nd Installment (30%): Within 1 month after completion of the 1st Installment
- Booth Rental Fee - 3rd Installment (40%): No later than 22 December 2025
