Booth Options :
Type A – Standard Booth
Designed for small to medium-sized exhibitors, this package provides a system-built booth structure. It is a practical and cost-efficient choice that ensures a professional presence within the exhibition space.
Best suited for first-time exhibitors or brands seeking a ready-to-use solution with minimal setup requirements.
Type B – Standard Booth
Type B Standard Booth is identical in features to Type A but is located towards the inner area of the exhibition hall. Designed for small to medium-sized exhibitors, this package provides a ready-to-use, system-built booth structure. It offers a practical and cost-effective solution, ensuring a professional presentation within the exhibition space. Ideal for first-time exhibitors or brands seeking minimal setup with a fully functional booth.
Type V – Custom Space
Tailored for large-scale exhibitors, this package offers an open raw space for full customization. Exhibitors are free to design and construct their booth according to brand identity, creative vision, and functional needs, ensuring maximum flexibility and impact.
Ideal for established brands aiming to create a strong visual presence and deliver a distinctive, immersive brand experience.

The following are not included in the standard package:
- Custom wall construction or additional lighting
- Power outlets and electrical installations
- Booth furnishings or display furniture
- Secure storage for artworks
- Public liability coverage and artwork insurance
- Shipping, handling, and transportation fees
- Any items or services not specifically mentioned under the “Included” section
Booth Adjustment & Decoration Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and consistent exhibition experience, exhibitors are kindly asked to follow the guidelines below regarding any booth customization or decoration:
- Special Structures
If an exhibitor wishes to modify the standard booth structure or add any custom-built elements, a written request along with design drawings or references must be submitted to the Organizer in advance for approval. - Additional Equipment
Any request for additional items such as furniture, electrical sockets, regular or glass showcases must be rented directly through the Organizer only. External equipment is not permitted. - Lighting Modifications
If the exhibitor wishes to change or add lighting within the booth, a detailed request specifying the quantity and type of lighting must be submitted to the Organizer at least 1–2 months prior to the show day. - Wall Adjustments
Type A and B – Standard Booth: Only stickers or similar non-invasive decorations are permitted. Drilling or making holes in booth walls is strictly prohibited.
Type V – Custom Space: Drilling into walls is allowed; however, exhibitors must submit the proposed hole locations and design to the organizer for approval prior to installation.
- Painting or Spray Work
Type A and B – Standard Booth: Painting or spray work is strictly prohibited. - Approval Requirement
All structural changes or decoration enhancements mentioned above must be officially approved by the Organizer prior to installation. Work without approval may be subject to removal or penalty. - Additional Charges
Any custom structural additions or extra equipment rentals will incur additional costs beyond the basic booth fee. - Damage Responsibility
Exhibitors will be held financially responsible for any significant damage caused to the booth structure, especially the walls or flooring of their assigned space
